Poor communication and language barrier with restaurant staff. Broken air conditioning in the room, resulting in an uncomfortably hot stay.

I have to say the staff at this hotel were great - friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. The view from the hotel is simply fantastic - I loved waking up to the stunning sights of the sea. The location, nestled on a hillside in a lovely little neighborhood, is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. Plus, the hotel is close to Rodney Bay and its beautiful beaches, making it convenient for exploring the area. this hotel offers good value for money.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

Great view and friendly staff! Likes: the hotel location is very secluded, making it peaceful and quiet. the hotel staff is very friendly and always greet you with a smile.
Not worth the price and not very clean. Dislikes: the hotel is overpriced for what it offers.

The rooms are equipped with AC, allowing guests to stay cool and comfortable, especially in the warm climate of St. Lucia. The breakfast at this hotel is delicious and served promptly, with a variety of options to choose from like fruit, juice, toast, and cooked breakfast.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was exceptional and we couldn't find anything to fault.
